Fresh pasta, done simply
Simple is superior - that’s why our pasta is only made with durum semolina flour and real, whole eggs. Here are some ingredients you won’t find in our pasta:

colourings
artificial flavours
We use only Ontario beef in our cannelloni, lasagne, and stuffed pastas.
Only real, natural ingredients. No exceptions.
As much or as little as you need
Need 1.5 lbs of rigatoni, half a pound of pappardelle, and 3 lbs of gnocchi? You got it! Mix and match different pastas so everyone enjoys pasta night, their way.
Making our pasta is simple, but messy
Leave the mixing, kneading, and rolling to us and enjoy fresh pasta without the mess.
We're picky too
Have an especially picky eater who will only have linguine that is exactly 14 inches long? We can custom cut that for you.
